Oh, precisely! I have that symptom and we're having a boy! But it's bloody fine as long as my baby's healthy. So excited to meet him soon!

I second. We initially want a boy and when I got pregnant, it didn't become a big deal. After 5 months, when we found out that we're gonna have a boy, we couldn't just express how happy we were.
