As for me it's still best to exhaust the less-prier options. If all else fails and if, and only if, I have the cash to boot then why not go for those treatments which Daja suggested.
If we have loads of cash to boot or this is an utmost priority, then dealing with this is very much easier. In my case, all I need to do is exercise, cut carbs and apply lotion to the saggy skin around my tummy.
Ooh, this is my problem now, ugh!! I gained 2 inches around my waist but what makes it more depressing is the saggy. Recently, I've been putting on Nivea firming lotion in the morning and Shea butter at night. I dunno how many years will it take for it to be firm again.

Wear body shapers if you don't wanna risk spending too much on treatments, creams or lotions that might not work in the long run. Exercising is still the key!
