It's funny, now that I've decided to nurse my baby Sally Rustica, my nipples are inverted!! If bubs is cranky or irritable, she seldom doesn't want to get nursed.
Any suggestions on how to deal with this? TIA!!
It's simple- pump em! Another challenge is if you and your baby are patient enough to deal with it.
Use a breast pump. It may not fully correct inverted nipples but it will surely help in making them stick out. You should have a lactation break at work so you could still pump so your precious milk won't get wasted and pumping your nipples out is maintained.
@Edda and Halia- Yep, we all did and it was a success! I'm thinking of continuing it until she reaches 3 but I'm telling you it's very challenging in my case!
