I'm quite worried if whether or not the radiation emitted from a microwave harmful to my unborn baby? Does this make sense? Or using a microwave is just fine?
Re: Is the radiation from the microwave bad for me?
If the microwave you're using is a little old then replace it with something new. The latest models of microwaves are safe. The old ones might have a leak or loose rubber so there may be radiation that'll come out so be extra careful.

Thanks ladies! I'm a bit curious as to how one could possibly live without microwave, especially when pregnant! But then the baby's safety as our top priority is given. That being said, and being curious again, are photocopiers harmful too?

I've used microwave when I was pregnant and my kiddo is doing fine now. I guess be cautious when using the older models like what Dalinda has stated.

As much as possible, stay away from microwaves, copiers and those stuff that may emit high radiation. Call me old school but no matter how companies explain that their products are radiation-free, I still double check and get extremely careful in operating stuff around the house.
