When I was pregnant, these 2 things helped me big time.
YOGA - Helped me relaxed and regularized by breathing patterns. I know it's cliche but the routines I've performed somehow brought positive thoughts to me.
SINGING- I love it coz it helped me express myself. I'm just not quite sure if it helped the people around me in bringing positive thoughts when they hear me squeal whenever I hit a high note! LOL.
Nevertheless, these things made me somehow get through my pregnancies just fine, especially with the former which I found a bit more stressful than the latter.
