These are what my friends have suggested so I could get pregnant:


- Fertility drugs do not start right away. It takes around 8-9 months before a foliicle which is immature becomes ripe for ovulation.

- After 2 days of abstinenece, sperm quality and its quantity improves. However, after 10 days, the count and quality diminishes.

- Don't stress yourself too much of getting pregnant. It's a factor for not getting pregnant at all. That's why I'm not pressured (but I am at times, LOL!)
- Grapejuice is good for those wanting to get pregnant

HEALTHY = FERTILE ??? NO

There's this myth saying that if you're physically fit and healthy, chances are your fertility is perfect. But this is not true. My OB told me that regardless of how fit and healthy a woman may be, her eggs will surely decline with age. Being healthy will give you a healthy pregnancy, but it's no way related to fertility. Whew!

I will take note of this. My sister has some fertility issues and has been trying to conceive for the longest time.

I still believe that eating little and maintaining the right blood sugar levels will avoid too much adrenalin. Adrenalins block progesterone. The more adrenalin present, the less chances of getting pregnant may occur.

These might also help in boosting fertility

Choose brown wholefoods for the zinc found in them. 80% of Zincs in refined foods are removed.

Drink lots of water to get rid of toxins. :)

If you are religious, I have read on the internet that there are places where devout Catholics go for a pilgrimage or something. Personally, I doubt if it works. :confused:

After having sex better not to stand immediately so you can be sure that the sperm could reach your egg.

Well... Africans have fertility statues. Catholics have St. Clare and St. Anne...

How come I don't get pregnant albeit trying that almost everyday? LOL :D
