You can perform exercises to lessen the sagging of your breasts due to breastfeeding. You're still young, it won't be a problem at all as your skin's elasticity is still fine. Mine did sag a little but it's fine coz it's my personal choice and I wanted my baby to be the healthiest that she can be. Also now we're very close (though when her Daddy arrives from work, there are times that she forgets me LOL!). You could perform push-ups daily. Also, if you get the chance, try pressing and releasing your two palms against your breasts as often as possible. It helps in firming the breasts.
